Shipping Carrier Transit time:

  • Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage 4-6 business days.
  • PRIORITY MAIL Shipping upgrade is available at checkout. 

Return Policy: Certain items are ineligible for return due to various reasons. Please carefully review our return policy below:

• Hygiene and Safety Concerns: For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging. Items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

• Custom or Personalized Orders: Items that have been custom-made or personalized with specific engravings, names, or initials are non-returnable as they are uniquely crafted for you.

• Sale or Clearance Items: All sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

• Shipping and Handling Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you believe your purchase meets the criteria for a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.

When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address, and email address from this marketplace. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order.
